Overview                      


    Demon hunting is a day job in Devil Lift, a tag battle roguelike deckbuilder. Play as the Lilith Society, a group of underpaid and overworked demon hunters as they protect humanity from the Archbeasts of the Underworld before their shift ends.






Project Responsibilities



Main Roles:  Producer,  Project Manager, Scrum Master

Producer

  • Managed cross-disciplinary teams to ensure milestone delivery and product quality.
  • Built production roadmaps and schedules.
  • Identified bottlenecks and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency.

Project Manager

  • Developed and tracked project plans, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Monitored timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-scope delivery.
  • Created and maintained project documentation and status reports.
  • Led cross-functional meetings to resolve blockers and maintain alignment.

Scrum Master

  • Facilitated Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Removed blockers to maintain sprint velocity.
  • Managed and prioritized the product backlog with owners.
  • Tracked sprint metrics to support continuous improvement.


Secondary Roles: UI Artist, Background Artist

UI Artist

  • Designed and implemented cohesive user interfaces aligned with gameplay and game identity.
  • Created wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets.
  • Collaborated with UX designers and developers to ensure functional, accessible, player-centered design.
  • Iterated on UI based on usability testing and player feedback.
  • Optimized UI assets for performance across platforms and displays.

Background Artist

  • Created environmental backgrounds supporting narrative and gameplay clarity.
  • Produced concept art and final assets aligned with the game’s art direction.
